Hallows Eve may be cold, but the band will be red hot! The Hep Cat Hoppers’ band and dancers have a strong presence at major cultural events in Waterloo region, including Open Streets Uptown Waterloo, Uptown Waterloo Jazz Festival and Steel Rails 2015. Whether you’re a neophyte or a natural swing dancer, everyone will be encouraged to boogie inside the former Marisol Restaurante venue during Night\Shift.
