Celebrating light and light-based technologies
Come experience art and technology at play while learning about the value and importance of light and light-based technologies. LIGHT Illuminated celebrates the United Nations’ International Year of Light by presenting a new, interactive exhibition that invites visitors to explore the worlds of optics and physics. This exhibition will feature numerous interactive installations that visitors of all ages can enjoy, including a laser maze, body heat cameras, colour-mixing stations and more! LIGHT Illuminated is being presented in partnership with the University of Waterloo, UW’s student chapter of The Optical Society, the Institute for Quantum Computing, Christie Digital and more.
