Tour the GirlSpace exhibit and help redefine “beauty” by making art that says “I love the way I am.”
Modern Western society bombards us with restricted and limited ideas that inform standards of beauty. The media dictates not only what we should look like and wear, but also how our actions should conform to social norms. Reject those standards by expressing some self-love however you want and make your own image of beauty – with free art supplies and creative space donated by the YWCA-KW .
