24 Justice

When two hidden identities collide under one roof

Each November the students of Eastwood Collegiate produce and direct a fringe festival of one-act plays, many of them also student-written. Scarlet (Isaac) Fountain’s production from this year’s EC fringe fest, Justice , takes the traditional tropes of the superhero genre and cloaks them in a deeper, more emotional style.

The story on a pop-up stage focuses on the lives of two roommates, each operating under a hidden identity. One of them is a superhero and the other is a super villain, and each is convinced that the other is an ordinary civilian.

Justice will be performed twice during Night\Shift at the Registry Theatre ; the show lasts a little less than 20 minutes.
